Hot fun-filled greetings from Conway:
What a blast we're having on the journey of reinstatement for our tribe. The weeks are filled with ringing phones and constant preparation for a new meeting or outreach of some kind.
The Oklahoma meetings were incredible. In Tulsa we had over 200 in attendance and it was a pleasure getting to meet so many of the members. The following day I traveled to Oklahoma City and in the afternoon meeting was able to speak to an additional 115 members. As well as the update meeting in OKC, we also hosted a backstage event that saw over 30 in attendance. The gross proceeds of the meetings exceeded $ 8,000.00 for the weekend. Thank you so much for the giving and the contributions for the office. It's nice to walk into a meeting of members and confidently know their gifts will be properly applied to the pursuit of our legacy. Numerous roll books were sold, we sold out of t-shirts, license plates, even sold over 25 coffee cups. Our members are simply amazing when your vision is detailed, precise and moving forward. Thanks again.
We do have a Central Arkansas meeting on September 11th and I'll be hosting a meeting in Seattle on September 16th. Also as of this writing we are scheduling a Texas Meeting for October 23rd and planning for a Missouri Meeting in the month of November. Keep referring to the website for the updated information.
The momentum of the journey contiues to gain speed and I'm excited about the upcoming Fall. Our plans are to begin Family Tree Maker on August 23rd by inpeuttng the files information. Renee will begin part-time and as our budget and contributions increase additional personnel can be added.
