MONTH of ANTICIPATION
T
The countdown has begun.........
Approximately 11 days from today WE ANTICIPATE unlocking the doors
to the new Western Cherokee Nation of Arkansas & Missouri

tribal/corporate office in Conway, Arkansas.
WE ANTICIPATE, with the help of several members from Oklahoma, that the
majority of the members files will be sorted, organized and
alphabetized in the new file room by opening week.
WE ANTICIPATE the new Administrative Assistant will be in place ready
to assist you, the members, with your replacement cards, unprocessed
applications and the entry of information into the Family Tree Maker
software.
WE ANTICIPATE a newly inspired involvement from ours members

across the land. Members who are interested in helping out, getting
their hands dirty and utilizing their God-given talents to make a

difference, and not cause division.
WE ANTICIPATE and encourage our members to visit the new office.
Come check it out. See how it works, how it's set up and how it

operates on your behalf. NOTE: we also encourage you to call ahead for
an appointment. I operate several businesses and my weekday schedule is
hectic. However, if you can schedule ahead of time I will make every

possible attempt to meet with you.
Finally, WE ANTICIPATE the pathway will continue forward. We are realistic in knowing the steps will be hard and tough at times, but with the effectiveness of the office procedures, and the hopefulness of the members, we will continue on the quest for recognition. Our ancestors sacrificed, and together we will move the cause toward the destiny of the Western Cherokee.
The Journey Continues.........

-IMPORTANT NOTICE-
With the recent move of the office I have been inundated with phone calls and emails regarding pending applications and replacement cards.
The office WILL NOT be accepting any additional applications until the 1st part of April. If you have sent your application or replacement card request we are trying to organize that information. I realize you may not have heard from the previous office but we are in the process of clearing that up.
There is no current way to quickly look up the information many of you have requested. Over the next several weeks we will begin alphabetically arranging the applications, enrollment numbers, replacement card requests and the actual member files. You may contact the office through email and I will reply as quick as possible.
Thanks for your understanding in advance,
Cary Kuykendall
